You have ​30​ calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status

of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You

will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own

shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

All parcels are shipped by Australia Post

Australia Post rates are based on the weight size and destination of your order.

Your total shipping cost is displayed in your shopping bag once you have selected your item (s).

If a parcel is lost in transit, the buyer must let us know so we can open an investigation with Australia Post.


Warranty claims

STRAYA UGGS Takes great care in the manufacturing process of our products. 

If you believe the footwear you have purchased contains a manufacturing fault and wish to make a claim, please contact us by

email (hello@strayauggs.com.au) first.

STRAYA UGGS guarantees our product to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Our six month

limited warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing process of our footwear. 


  1. The consumer must have taken reasonable care of the goods if worn under normal conditions. 
  2. The consumer must not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
  3. The consumer must be able to prove they purchased the goods from STRAYA UGGS.
  4. This warranty will be void if in the opinion of the manufacturer if the product has been subject to abuse or excessive wear and tear and the product was not designed to be worn in.


Caring for your Ugg boots and slippers.

Your new ugg boots and slippers are not waterproof. We recommend Ugg Boot protective spray water and oil repellent

It is NOT recommended to wash your Ugg Boots in a washing machine. Wash your ugg boots and slippers by hand using a sheepskin specific product

to clean your ugg boots. Fleece and lambskin wool wash and shampoo. Please be aware the colouring of your ugg boots will run and may

become discoloured.
